And if seen on a permanent basis all the time on a diagram leads to an unemployed one!

Ah, it's the diagram that ends up unemployed: the bus can up sticks.

I believe there is a national shortage of PCV and HGV drivers!
Our only empty ones were generally the very early morning and late evening ones on subsidised routes.
